Future profiles may include a name, short bio, areas of expertise, location, and contact preferences. Members should control what is visible and be able to update or remove it.

Why Build a Directory
Because the best thing about a community is the people in it.
Most organizations bury people behind logos and org charts. CMRU wants to make it easier for members to find collaborators, experts, and people who have worked through similar problems.
It can also become a record. As CMRU grows, the directory should preserve the history of the people who helped build the community.
Privacy by Default
Directory profiles are not live yet. Before launch, CMRU will define profile visibility, search indexing, consent, and deletion rules clearly.
The principle is simple: members should choose what they share, understand who can see it, and be able to remove it.
